Customs formalities and ATA Carnet

Health certificates
Preparation of all required documentation with regard to health certificates
If you are looking to sell horses internationally (within or outside of the EU), you need health certificates issued by the FASFC: the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain. EquiLog Services coordinates with the FASFC to make sure that all health requirements are met. We care so that you are carefree!

New and spacious stables with web monitoring
Our bright and airy stables are are situated in Malle, Antwerp, 2 hours from Liege, 3 hours from Amsterdam Schiphol and 4 hours from LUX airport. This location is ideal to allow the horses to relax before being shipped to their final destination. We can collect your horses at your location and groom them at our stables. You can arrange further transport yourself, or leave it up to us.
The spacious stables of GMB Horses, with 24/7 camera monitoring, offer the very best accomodation with the best personal care. During pre-export quarantine we mannage all required laboratory tests and vaccination schedules. Blood samples and CEM swaps are taken by the best experienced veterinary team, specialised in handling horses in the most delicate way.
Rest assured, we coordinate everything while your precious animals enjoy topnotch service. We do not offer a VIP formula – we treat all horses as first-class passengers.

Pre-flight service, transport and in-flight groom

EquiLog Services offers all-in transportation – from and to quarantine stables and the airport – managed by highly experienced staff. We take into account the number of horses. And we move your horses from their stables of origin to the quarantine stables without intermediate stops, hence minimizing stress during transport.
Our own professional grooms accompany your horses throughout the complete airport and flight process. They are qualified and caring horsemen, ensuring your equine travellers enjoy a comfortable journey.
We source the most appropriate airport of departure based on competitive rates and the availability of direct flights – the shorter the trip the better!
Cherry on the pie: we carefully groom your horses before the flight, clip them if necessary, and give them a personalized blanket – premium service from start to finish! Having our transit and quarantine stables certified as a customs aproved loading location, we can handle your shipments faster, more secure and without moving the horses around in case of customs control.
